About Me

When my baby was born I breastfed him instinctively 20 minutes after he was born. With sleep, the road was not so simple.

When we decided to look for help I was working full time and at 9 months old he had never slept longer than 3 hours (neither had I). Why did it take so long?

Because I had so many misconceptions about sleeping coaches but by then we were desperate for help. We finally consulted with a child sleep coach and by the second night my baby was sleeping 12 hours straight and he started eating better and seem a much happier baby.

Since then I wanted to share my experience and help other mothers to better understand the needs of their children. The last 10 years, before discovering this new passion, I had been working as an embryologist. My scientific background has helped me to seek answers in our children from a biological point of view.

At the same time, because of my own experience I have realized we cannot teach what we do not know. My job is to guide you with love and from biology to teach your baby good sleep habits. We can be our best version when we have the sleep we need. I would love to help you.
